Right now I've got some vague plans to swap novels with some friends who are in the same place in their projects as I am, so that should avoid one person doing all the work for someone else. We all have similar interests when it comes to fiction so I'm not that worried about us being a good match but making sure by looking at a small chunk first is still a good idea.
