If it helps, I know of plenty of other people who say that writing every day doesn't work for them either. And a bunch of others who say that the other things on your list don't work for them too.

It's my firm belief that any time someone asks "Am I the only one...?" the answer is pretty much always no and sometimes I find that pretty comforting.
