Date: 2014-01-30 04:29 am (UTC)Especially in the beginning to drum up participation, you might consider making a weekly post yourself about some aspect of writing until people in the comm start to feel comfortable enough to do so themselves. Every comm needs a little ice-breaker period, if that makes sense. It might also help to make a post with examples of the kinds of posts that you're looking for in this community to jumpstart posting. :)
